Besides addressing public meetings, Gandhi will also participate in a padayatra from Shadnagar Railway Station to Shadnagar Chowrasta. Samajwadi Chief Akhilesh Yadav has also called a meeting in Lucknow today regarding the upcoming polls in 5 states. In the meeting, he will issue directions on contesting elections with the INDIA bloc. The BJP’s election committee meeting for finalising tickets for the Telangana & Rajasthan polls is also likely in the evening today.
