The Library of Congress National Recording Registry on Wednesday announced 25 new titles that were deemed worth preserving due to their cultural and historic importance. They included Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven,” Madonna’s album “Like a Virgin,” and the Nintendo “Super Mario Bros.” video game. Elise Preston has more.
